Solo Integrated Facility Systems (SIFS) – Platform Access

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access to and use of the Solo Integrated Facility Systems (“SIFS”) platform, provided by Solo Services Group Australia Pty Ltd (“Solo Services Group”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). SIFS is a proprietary software platform designed to support operational, compliance, administrative, facility service tasks, and customer interaction with service data.
By accessing or using SIFS, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the system.
These Terms form part of the general Solo Services Group Terms and Conditions. In case of any conflict between the SIFS-specific Terms and the general Solo Services Group Terms and Conditions, the latter shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise. - Authorised Use
- Solo Services Group reserves its right to withdraw or amend your access and/or use of SIFS at any time without notice.
- SIFS is intended solely for use by individuals who have been granted access by Solo Services Group.
- Authorised users may access the platform strictly for purposes related to their responsibilities, services, or interactions with Solo Services Group. These purposes include Operational execution, Compliance, Service monitoring, Communication & Documentation access.
- Access is granted solely for purposes relevant to your role or services received.
- Any use of the platform outside of its intended operational or service-related purposes is strictly prohibited.
- Access is limited to the scope of your assigned permissions.
- Unauthorised access, including from unapproved third parties or use beyond the scope of your access rights, may result in account suspension, termination, and/or legal action.
- By accessing the platform, you agree not to do any of the following:
- commit or encourage a criminal offence;
- transmit or distribute a virus, trojan, worm, logic bomb or any other material which is malicious, technologically harmful, in breach of confidence or in any way offensive or obscene;
- hack into any aspect of the platform; corrupt data; cause annoyance to other users;
- infringe upon the rights of any other person’s proprietary rights;
- send any unsolicited advertising or promotional material (spam); or
- attempt to affect the performance or functionality of any computer facilities of or accessed through the platform.
- User Access and Security
- Users receive unique login credentials. These must remain confidential and secure.
- Users must implement reasonable security measures to protect their access devices and passwords.
- Any suspected security breach must be immediately reported to SIFS Support Desk via hello@soloservicesgroup.com.au.
- Solo Services Group reserves the right to disable or reset access credentials at any time to maintain system integrity.
- Data Integrity and Use
- Users are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of any data they input.
- Deliberately entering false, misleading, or inappropriate content is strictly forbidden.
- Customers may access and view service-related reports, audit trails, completed work orders, and communications. This data is for informational purposes only.
- Customers must not modify or redistribute internal documents or system outputs unless authorised in writing.
- All data within SIFS remains the property of Solo Services Group and is protected under intellectual property and confidentiality provisions.
- Monitoring and Auditing
- Solo Services Group may log, audit, and monitor all system activity, including for customers, to ensure compliance.
- Monitoring tools may include login tracking, usage reports, and access reviews.
- Any evidence of misconduct, policy violation, or unauthorised access will be subject to investigation.
- Privacy and Data Collection
- SIFS collects personal and site data including GPS location, time logs, uploaded images, contact details, and device details.
- All data is stored securely and used for operational, audit, safety, and reporting purposes.
- By using the platform, you consent to this data being collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Confidentiality and Privacy
- Users may access proprietary or sensitive business information. This information must not be shared, disclosed, or used for personal or external gain without the prior written approval of Solo Services Group.
- Customers agree to treat all access to SIFS data as confidential unless otherwise agreed in writing by Solo Services Group.
- Users must adhere to all applicable data protection regulations, including the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), where applicable.
- System Availability and Maintenance
- While Solo Services Group aims for high availability, no guarantees are provided regarding uptime.
- System maintenance may occur during non-peak hours. Where feasible, prior notice will be given.
- Emergency maintenance may occur without notice in the event of security risks or critical failures.
- Solo Services Group will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of the platform or to your downloading of any material posted on it.
- Intellectual Property
- The SIFS platform, including its interface, software, logic, and databases, is the exclusive intellectual property of Solo Services Group.
- No user may replicate, reverse engineer, or otherwise duplicate or exploit the system, its content, or code. You are not permitted to publish, manipulate, distribute or otherwise reproduce, in any format, any of the content or copies of the content supplied to you or which appears on the platform.
- All trademarks, logos, and branding elements remain the property of Solo Services Group. Except where expressly stated to the contrary all persons (including their names and images), third party trademarks and content, services and/or locations featured on the platform are in no way associated, linked or affiliated with Solo Services Group and you should not rely on the existence of such a connection or affiliation. Any trademarks/names featured on the platform are owned by the respective trademark owners. Where a trademark or brand name is referred to it is used solely to describe or identify the products and services and is in no way an assertion that such products or services are endorsed by or connected to Solo Services Group.
- Compliance and Enforcement
- All users must comply with these Terms and relevant Solo Services Group policies.
- Solo Services Group reserves the right to report unlawful activities to relevant authorities.
- Subject to any non-excludable consumer guarantees and other consumer protection provisions set out in the Australian Consumer Law (“ACL”), the material displayed on the platform is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solo Services Group hereby expressly excludes all warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity and must not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but without limitation to any direct, indirect, special, consequential, punitive or incidental damages, or damages for loss of use, profits, data or other intangibles, damage to goodwill or reputation, or the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services, arising out of or related to the use, inability to use, performance or failures of the platform and any materials posted on the platform, irrespective of whether such damages were foreseeable or arise in contract, tort, equity, restitution, by statute, at common law or otherwise.
- You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Solo Services Group, its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates, from any and all third party claims, liability, damages or costs (including, but not limited to, legal fees) arising from your use of the platform or your breach of the Terms.
- Changes to Terms
- These Terms may be amended and/or updated periodically at the discretion of Solo Services Group (“Amendments”).
- Amendments will be effective immediately. Where practicable, Solo Services Group will endeavour to notify you of the Amendments.
- Users continued use of SIFS following any such Amendment will represent an agreement by you to be bound by the Amendments. Solo Services Group recommends that you regularly check the Terms to ensure that you are aware of the updated Terms that apply.
- If any part of the Terms is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of the Terms will not be affected and all other clauses remain in full force and effect. So far as possible where any clause/subclause or part of a clause/subclause can be severed to render the remaining part valid, the clause must be interpreted accordingly. Alternatively, you agree that the clause must be rectified and interpreted in such a way that closely resembles the original meaning of the clause/subclause as is permitted by law.
- Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
- You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia to determine any dispute arising out of these Terms.
